Now, we've installed an Blown film extrusion machine which enables us to manufacture MDOPE(Machine Direction Oriented Polyethylene) film.

Compared to Blown film, MDOPE film has better Strength, Stiffness, and Low Haze because of the stretch.

We can make Mono-Material packages if we use MDOPE film as a Base film, instead of environmental unfriendly packages made of Multi material films.

In near futre, we'd like to start putting Barrier Coating Materials on MDOPE film to add Oxygen barrier property.

Unlike barrier sealant film made by co-extrusion, we can produce small lot.

Oxgeon barrier property is added to our Mono-Material sealant.

By cutting Lamination process, we earned better production efficiency.

This sealant has not only Oxygen barrier function, but also Water vapor barrier property.

You'll get to see 3 kinds of the actual Mono-Material stand-up pouches at our exhibition booth. They are Normal type(#1), Oxygen barrier MDOPE(#2), and Oxygen and Water vapor barrier type(#3). These three are made of MDOPE#20 and LL-sealant #80.

You can touch and feel improved Strength, Stiffness, and Low Haze at the Heat Sealing part of the pouches at our booth.
