TECH-LONG's high-speed labeling machine supports both hot melt adhesive and pressure-sensitive labeling methods. When the diagonal (diameter) of the bottle is less than 70 mm, the normal production capacity is 800 BPM. For round bottles, a screw-less bottle conveying system is used, while for specially shaped bottles, a twin-screw bottle conveying system is employed. For bottles with special requirements, an optional camera positioning system is available. All label table stations adopt an independent design to facilitate the combination and transport of various requirements. The label table stations are equipped with an automatic connection system as standard.
