AW9 Series Checkweigher Ultra-Fast Type
- NEW
- DEMO
Anritsu Checkweigher AW9 Series Ultra-Fast Type is the culmination of over 50 years of development in dynamic weighing technology. It incorporates a number of new technologies, including a new force balance scale, digitalization of scale signals, and a high-rigidity center-balance layout. As a result, the equipment achieves a maximum weighing throughput of 1,000 products per minute. It is compatible with ultra-fast packaging lines for light-weight products, which were previously difficult to handle.
X-ray inspection system with AI judgment
- DEMO
X-ray inspection systems use the transmission images captured by X-rays to detect minute foreign materials and shape defects using unique composite algorithms. However, it is difficult to evaluate correctly when compared images between normal and defective products and the difference in their characteristics are not clear. In addition, in the case of inspected products with variations in shape and thickness, the pattern of defective products is enormous, so there is a limit of performance improvement in ever been analyzing the transmission image and designing an algorithm based on it.
Artificial intelligence (AI) can easily process data from vast amounts of defective patterns, learn and extract features, and implement algorithms that could not be designed using traditional methods. As a result, the range of misjudgment can be appropriately suppressed. In addition to improving detection accuracy, it reduces false detections and contributes to improved yields. It is also possible to perform inspections in combination with conventional inspection functions and composite algorithms.
General bacteria and Escherichia coli simultaneous measurement device
- DEMO
The control of microbial contamination of food is an important control point worldwide, and the control of the number of general bacteria and E. coli, which is particularly important, is generally carried out by an official method that takes 48 hours. The instrument we exhibit automatically measures the number of general bacteria and Escherichia coli in food raw materials and products in about 15 minutes, including pretreatment. Rapid inspections are possible at the time of receiving raw materials and before the product is shipped.
Smell inspection system
- NEW
- DEMO
Among the five senses (sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell) that humans can feel, the development of sensors that support the sense of smell, which has been considered difficult until now, is progressing. The smell inspection system digitizes aromas/smells using a newly developed aroma imaging sensor*, and informatizes and visualizes all smells.
By computerizing and visualizing smells, we support human inspection work for the comparison and pass/fail judgment of products. This contributes to maintaining high-quality production, reducing the burden on inspectors in the production process, and resolving personnel shortages.
* Equipped with an aroma sensor made by Aroma Bit, Inc.
Industrial DX - AccelVision-
- DEMO
AccelVision is an industrial DX solution that accelerates visualization by connecting people, things, and events. It captures the operating status of production equipment and various events that occur on the production line, and provides managers with the video, text, and numerical graph information necessary for management.
By allowing managers to grasp the situation without going to the site and give prompt and accurate response instructions to the site, it reduces waste and lost time at the site and contributes to improving the production efficiency of the manufacturing industry, which is concerned about labor shortages.
