The AC inverter is a variable speed drive system. It uses inverter technology to adjust the frequency of the AC motor and control the motor's rotation speed, achieving smooth speed and torque control. This provides the optimal rotation speed according to the usage situation and saves energy consumption.

The inverter is applicable to AC motors below 250W, and the output frequency can be adjusted from 1.0Hz to 400Hz, and it has many functions such as speed control, acceleration/deceleration time adjustment, and segment setting.

Induction motors are ideal for applications that require continuous operation in one direction. Rated power is available from 6W to 150W, and voltage can be selected from single phase (with capacitor) or three phase. By combining with a gearbox, the rotation speed can be reduced and the torque can be increased. Very easy to install, they are widely used in conveyor belts, packaging machines, food machinery, medical machinery, automatic machinery, etc. In addition, products with overseas UL certification and CE certification are also available.

The gear motor is a parallel shaft induction gear motor that can provide high torque and reduce the output speed. Rated power is available from 100W (1/8hp) to 3700W (5hp), and the standard reduction ratio is up to 1:1800.

The lightweight aluminum alloy shell is precision processed and rigorous quality inspection is performed to achieve beautiful appearance, low temperature performance, low noise, low vibration, and no oil leakage. Two types of gear motors are available: single-phase and three-phase, and brakes can be installed. High-efficiency motors can be selected, and products that meet UL and CE standards can also be specified.

Gearheads are designed with multiple internal gear stages to connect AC or DC motors to reduce output speed and increase torque. The gearheads have a simple case design, making them easy to install. Special gear design and processing ensure high strength and long life. In addition, they are quiet and do not require grease replacement.
