Cutter unit and Punch unit for packing machine

Highlights

We develop and manufacture the units that cut and punch various sheets. Our cutter units have been used for many years, such as cutter units that cut films and aluminum vapor deposition films in horizontal pillow packaging machines for food, and cutter units that cut labels in barcode printers. In recent years, we have also focused on aluminum foil and copper foil, which are used as electrodes in lithium-ion batteries, and would like to expand to a wide range of materials. We provide two blades as a pre-adjusted unit, making it easy to install and maintain customer's equipment. We also provide special designs according to customer requests, and can handle even a single unit. Rotary Cutter Unit

●Rotary blade rotates and contacts with Stationary blade to cut the sheet.
●It is possible to cut the sheet while it is being feeded.
●Used for cutting film, wrapping paper, labels, etc. in packaging machines.
●Used in the sheet roll reversing machines of packaging machines.

Slide Cutter Unit

●Moving blade moves up and down and contacts with Stationary blade to cut the sheet.
●Cutting surface of the sheet is clean.
●It is possible to cut multiple stacked sheets.
●Please study for cutting thick sheets on the packaging machine.

Roller Cutter Unit

●Roller blade rotates and contacts with Stationary blade to cut the sheet.
●The lightweight cutter that can cut sheets approximately 1m width.
●Used in the packaging machines to cut the sheets used to pack aluminum cans.

Rotary Punch Unit

●Punch rotates and contacts with Dice to make a hole on the sheet.
●It is possible to punch the sheet while it is being feeded.
●Please study for development project to quickly make holes for hanging items on hooks.
●Used to punch identification holes in defective products during the manufacturing process.
